1. Services

Cybrudo provides digital motion design services, including:

  • Website walkthrough animations
  • App walkthrough animations
  • Custom animated UI elements

All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are provided.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 How to Order

To place an order:

  • Select a package from our pricing page or request a custom quote
  • Complete payment via PayPal
  • Submit your project brief and required files via email or contact form

2.2 Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in EUR (Euros)
  • Full payment is required before work begins
  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal
  • We do not store payment details

2.3 Custom Quotes

Custom quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

3. Project Process

3.1 Timeline

  • An estimated delivery timeline will be provided after receiving your brief
  • Standard turnaround time is typically 2–5 business days depending on complexity
  • Timelines may vary based on workload, scope, or delays in client communication

3.2 Client Responsibilities

By purchasing our services, you agree to:

  • Provide all necessary assets, files, and information
  • Ensure that submitted materials are accurate and complete
  • Respond to feedback requests in a timely manner
  • Clearly communicate requirements in the initial brief

Delays caused by missing information or late responses may affect delivery timelines.

3.3 Revisions

  • Each package includes 2 revision rounds
  • Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

4. Deliverables

4.1 File Formats

Depending on the selected package, deliverables may include:

  • MP4 or MOV video files
  • Lottie JSON files
  • GIF animations
  • After Effects project files (if specified or requested)

4.2 Delivery Method

All files are delivered digitally via secure download links or file transfer services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, you are granted:

  • Full commercial usage rights
  • The right to modify, distribute, and use the deliverables

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon payment completion.

5.2 Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.

5.3 Third-Party Assets

You are responsible for obtaining licenses for any third-party assets (such as fonts, music, or images) required for your project, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Full refund if the project is canceled before production begins
  • 50% refund if canceled within 24 hours of production start and no draft has been delivered
  • No refund after a preview or draft has been delivered

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific outcomes.
We do not guarantee:

  • Business performance or results
  • Compatibility across all platforms or environments
  • Error-free or uninterrupted service

7.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

7.3 Excluded Damages

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities
  • Issues arising from misuse or modification of deliverables

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials and project information as confidential.
We do not share your data with third parties except when necessary to complete your project (e.g., trusted subcontractors under confidentiality obligations).

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
