At Cybrudo, we take pride in delivering high-quality motion design services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted and how requests are handled.
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to delivering professional, high-quality work aligned with your project brief. Throughout the process, we collaborate with you and include revision rounds to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel your order before any production work has started
- We are unable to begin your project within 14 days of payment due to internal scheduling constraints
2.2 Partial Refund (50%)
You may be eligible for a 50% refund if:
- You cancel within 24 hours after production has started, and
- No preview, draft, or deliverable has been shared
2.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available once any of the following occurs:
- A first preview or draft has been delivered
- Final deliverables have been sent
- All included revision rounds have been used
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
Once production has started, refunds are replaced with our satisfaction guarantee:
- Each project includes 2 revision rounds
- We work closely with you to refine the outcome
- If the final result does not align with the agreed brief, we will make reasonable adjustments to resolve the issue
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Email hello@cybrudo.com
- Use the subject line: Refund Request
- Include:
- Payment date
- Service/package purchased
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond within 48 business hours.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Review
All requests are reviewed based on this policy and project status.
5.2 Approval
If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method (PayPal).
5.3 Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Additional time may be required depending on PayPal or your financial provider.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after production has started
- Failure to provide required materials or feedback within 30 days
- Dissatisfaction due to unclear or missing requirements in the original brief
- Delays caused by lack of communication or late responses
- Issues related to third-party platforms, tools, or software compatibility
7. Project Cancellation
7.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Before production → 100% refund
- Within 24 hours of production start → 50% refund
- After first preview → No refund (revisions provided instead)
7.2 Cybrudo-Initiated Cancellation
If we cancel your project:
- You will receive a full refund
- You will be notified promptly with an explanation
8. Disputes
If you experience any issue:
- Contact us first at hello@cybrudo.com
- We will work to resolve the matter within 7 business days
If no resolution is reached, PayPal’s buyer protection policies may apply.
9. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unresolved chargebacks without prior communication may result in:
- Suspension of access to delivered files
- Restriction from future Cybrudo services
We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
10. Exceptions
In rare cases, we may issue refunds outside of this policy at our discretion, including:
- Significant delays caused by us
- Technical issues preventing delivery
- Exceptional or unforeseen circumstances
11. Policy Updates
This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
